About the Business Development Team

The Business Development team serves as the face of VALD. In this global role, you will engage in conferences and conduct product demonstrations in various settings, including clinical and performance environments. Your responsibilities will include managing product trials, cultivating new leads, and identifying fresh opportunities for VALD.

With a focus on education-driven sales, as a Business Development Manager, you will need a comprehensive understanding of VALD's systems. Your industry knowledge and product expertise will be crucial in illustrating how our clients can maximize the benefits of our technology to enhance their operations.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in a clinical or allied health environment, such as a physiotherapist or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across various platforms, including virtual meetings and in-person interactions.
  • Comfortable with prospecting new clients.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and represent VALD at industry events.
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate VALD systems and convey product and industry knowledge to clients.
  • Self-motivated and accountable for achieving sales objectives.
  • Desire to build and maintain relationships with existing distributors.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Residing in Bogotá or nearby areas.
  • Bilingual proficiency, with English as one of the languages (please submit your resume in both Spanish and English).
