Role Overview:

The Strategic Account Manager is tasked with optimizing the value derived from our customer relationships while ensuring the retention of our designated client portfolio. This role involves collaboration with the Director of Sales to meet renewal sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary advocate for customers within Amadeus Hospitality, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the Amadeus Hospitality product suite and the broader hospitality sector.
  • Engage directly with assigned clients to enhance their revenue streams alongside those of Amadeus Hospitality.
  • Support the Director of Sales in achieving renewal sales targets.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and ongoing management of clients within the assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure clients fully utilize the purchased Amadeus Hospitality products and identify additional opportunities to meet their needs.
  • Provide clients with proactive insights on optimizing their use of hospitality solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client service-related issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience in the industry.

Relevant Experience: Mandatory experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality sector; familiarity with Amadeus products is advantageous.

Business Acumen: Strong background in the hospitality industry is essential.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with Amadeus software is preferred.

Language Proficiency: Native Spanish speaker, fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Specific Knowledge: Analytical mindset with the ability to derive conclusions from data analysis.

Additional Skills: Knowledge of Google Analytics is preferred.
