Client Relationship Manager for Latin America

- Foster and nurture client relationships to enhance revenue streams while providing insights on prevailing market trends.
- Recommend innovative product offerings, including rich media and video solutions, to optimize client budgets and diversify demand.
- Collaborate closely with publisher and business intelligence teams to secure traffic aligned with client objectives.
- Engage in both internal and external optimization efforts for active clients to meet their key performance indicators.
- Maintain impeccable records within the customer relationship management system.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand awareness and performance-focused native advertising.
- Comprehensive understanding of the online advertising landscape and its associated technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of the Latin American market, including consumer behavior, competitive landscape, pricing strategies, and effective communication approaches.
- Practical experience with tracking methodologies such as JavaScript pixels, Google Tag Manager, and server-to-server postbacks.
- Proficient in MS Office or G-Suite, with familiarity in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics being advantageous.
- Experience working in an agency setting.
- Knowledge of tracking platforms such as Voluum, Thrive, Impact, or Eferflow.
Language Proficiency:
- Native Spanish speaker with advanced written and verbal skills.
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
