Role Overview

This position is responsible for managing the daily sales interactions with clients. The primary objective is to deliver, safeguard, and enhance customer contract revenue to retain and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract execution and ongoing business operations, including revenue generation, Average Selling Price (ASP), cash collection, and additional sales.
  • Ensure contract renewals by developing and implementing a winning renewal strategy, preparing and managing customer proposals, and overseeing all offer reviews.
  • Lead negotiations and secure contract signatures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Maintain customer loyalty by protecting the existing client base.
  • Prepare and manage the budget and revenue forecasts, ensuring accuracy in projections.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's operational landscape and foster strong relationships to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the account service management strategy as needed.
  • Negotiate contract modifications as required.
  • Align clients with the product roadmap, facilitating product migrations.
  • Promote advanced products and services to create new revenue streams.
  • Manage account information within the Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Independently manage contracts for smaller accounts.
  • Oversee contract execution for strategic accounts under supervision.
  • Protect the existing customer base by ensuring client satisfaction.
