Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Account Management team at Yuno. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients in the payments industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Work closely with product development, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor and measure client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and proactively.
- Provide regular reports on key account metrics, performance, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize data analytics to identify patterns and trends that can inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Fluent English and Spanish is a must (some interviews are conducted in English and others in Spanish).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the payments industry.
- Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
