Key Responsibilities

In this role, your primary duties will include:

  • Fostering positive customer interactions and cultivating enduring relationships with clients.
  • Addressing any challenges that arise to guarantee customer satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Establishing connections with critical client personnel and stakeholders.
  • Formulating action plans that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Conducting regular meetings and performance reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for inquiries or issues and escalating matters as necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and labor regulations for both the company and clients.
  • Coordinating with various departments, including Growth, Marketing, Recruitment, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Customer Enablement, Customer Engagement, and Executive Management, to achieve account performance goals and address client concerns.
  • Maintaining acceptable response times and resolution metrics as defined by management.
  • Overseeing the seat allocation/utilization reporting.
  • Leading initiatives for invoice accuracy by reviewing relevant datasets weekly to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Engaging in additional Growth Duties:
  • Analyzing customer activity, anticipating needs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with Managers and the Growth Team in sales discussions with clients and prospects, acting as a subject matter expert for the region and occasionally managing deals.
  • Participating in activities that contribute to the deepening of engagement with existing clients.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Account or Client Management.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across functions to achieve shared goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software; experience with Microsoft CRM is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A proven track record of engaging positively with customer management and key decision-makers.
