Make a Difference: Core Responsibilities

In this capacity, you will:

  • Foster positive customer experiences and cultivate enduring relationships with clients.
  • Address any issues that arise to guarantee customer satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Establish connections with essential client personnel and stakeholders.
  • Devise action plans tailored to support clients' business objectives.
  • Organize regular meetings and business evaluations with clients to ensure their satisfaction and positive experience.
  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries or complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and labor regulations for both the company and clients.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including Growth, Marketing, Recruitment, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Customer Enablement, Customer Engagement, and Executive Management, to meet account performance goals and address client concerns.
  • Adhere to established First Response Time and Average Handling/Resolution Time as defined by management.
  • Oversee the maintenance of seat allocation/utilization reports.
  • Lead initiatives for invoice review by analyzing datasets weekly to achieve 100% invoice accuracy.
  • Engage in additional Growth Duties:
  • Monitor customer activity, anticipate needs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Managers and the Growth Team in sales discussions with clients and prospects, serving as a subject matter expert for the region and occasionally managing deals.
  • Participate in activities that contribute to the expansion of engagement with existing clients.

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Account/Client Management.
  • The ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a productive and cooperative manner to achieve set objectives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software; Microsoft CRM preferred but not mandatory.
  • A proven track record of engaging positively with customer management and key decision-makers.
