Role Overview

This position is responsible for managing daily sales interactions with clients. The primary objective is to ensure the delivery, protection, and maximization of contract revenue, thereby retaining and expanding customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract execution and routine business operations, including revenue generation, Average Selling Price (ASP), cash collection, and additional sales.
  • Guarantee contract renewals by developing and implementing a winning renewal strategy, preparing and managing customer proposals, and ensuring coherence and quality in all offer reviews.
  • Lead negotiations and secure contract signings, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Safeguard the existing customer base by fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage budget and revenue forecasts, ensuring accuracy in projections.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of the client's operational landscape and cultivate strong relationships to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the account service management strategy as needed.
  • Negotiate contract modifications as required.
  • Align customer needs with the product roadmap, facilitating product migrations.
  • Promote advanced products and services to generate new revenue streams.
  • Maintain account information within the Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Independently manage contracts for smaller accounts.
  • Support strategic account management under supervision, ensuring contract execution and routine business operations.
  • Protect the existing customer base by ensuring customer loyalty.
