As a Client Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main liaison and fostering enduring relationships with clients.
- Cultivating a trusted advisor relationship through a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
- Formulating strategic plans aimed at enhancing client outcomes.
- Negotiating agreements with clients and establishing performance timelines.
- Collaborating with the sales team to onboard new clients and nurture existing relationships, maximizing profitability through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.
- Partnering with the operations team (including quotations managers and project managers) dedicated to the same client account to ensure high-quality delivery and fulfillment of client requirements.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, objectives, and quarterly initiatives for team members and stakeholders.
- Addressing client issues and complaints effectively.
- Analyzing client data to derive insights for customer relationship management.
- Ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions in alignment with client needs and objectives.
- Maintaining client satisfaction through exceptional service on a daily basis.
What qualifications and experience should you possess for the role of Client Manager?
- Education: BA/BS in Social Sciences, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the market research sector.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and evolving customer needs.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Understanding of market indicators such as demand and billing.
- Proficiency in English or other languages is desirable.
- Experience with customer engagement platforms like LinkedIn or Hubspot is advantageous.
