Key Responsibilities: Make Your Mark
In this capacity, your responsibilities will include:
- Fostering positive customer experiences and cultivating enduring relationships with clients.
- Addressing any challenges that arise to guarantee customer satisfaction with our offerings.
- Establishing connections with key client personnel and stakeholders.
- Developing action plans tailored to support clients' business objectives.
- Organizing regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction and a positive overall experience.
- Serving as the primary contact for inquiries or complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and relevant labor regulations for both the company and clients.
- Coordinating the involvement of various departments, including Growth, Marketing, Recruitment, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Customer Enablement, Customer Engagement, and Executive Management, to meet account performance goals and address client concerns.
- Maintaining acceptable response times and resolution times as defined by management.
- Overseeing the maintenance of seat allocation/utilization reports.
- Leading initiatives for invoice review by analyzing datasets weekly to achieve 100% accuracy in invoicing.
- Engaging in additional Growth Duties:
- Monitoring customer activity, anticipating client needs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with Managers and the Growth Team in sales discussions with clients and prospects, acting as a subject matter expert for the region and occasionally managing deals.
- Participating in other activities that contribute to the expansion of engagement with existing clients.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Account or Client Management.
- The ability to collaborate effectively across functions to achieve defined goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software; experience with Microsoft CRM is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proven ability to engage positively with customer management and key decision-makers.
