Role Overview:

The Strategic Account Manager is tasked with optimizing the return on investment for our clients while ensuring the retention of the assigned customer portfolio. This role involves collaboration with the Director of Sales to meet renewal sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients within Amadeus Hospitality, advocating for their needs.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the Amadeus Hospitality product suite and the broader hospitality sector.
  • Engage directly with a designated group of clients to enhance their revenue streams and those of Amadeus Hospitality.
  • Support the Director of Sales in achieving renewal sales targets.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and ongoing management of clients within the assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure clients fully leverage the benefits of purchased Amadeus Hospitality products and identify additional opportunities for their needs.
  • Provide proactive insights to clients on optimizing their use of Hospitality products to drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client service-related inquiries.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience in the industry.

Relevant Experience: Proven background in Revenue Management within the hospitality sector is essential. Familiarity with Amadeus products is preferred.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the hospitality industry is mandatory.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software. Experience with Amadeus software is a plus.

Language Proficiency: Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, with additional languages being advantageous.

Analytical Skills: Must possess an analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

Additional Skills: Knowledge of Google Analytics is preferable.
