Role Purpose

This position is responsible for managing the daily sales interactions with customers. The primary objective is to deliver, safeguard, and enhance contract revenue to retain and expand customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of contracts and ensure business-as-usual operations, including revenue management, Average Selling Price (ASP), cash collection, and additional services.
  • Facilitate contract renewals by developing and executing a winning strategy, preparing customer proposals, and ensuring the coherence and content of all offer reviews.
  • Lead negotiations and secure the signing of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Protect the existing customer base by fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage budget and revenue forecasts, ensuring accuracy in projections.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the customer's operational landscape and cultivate strong relationships to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the account service management strategy as necessary.
  • Negotiate contract modifications as required.
  • Align customer needs with the product roadmap, including facilitating product migrations.
  • Promote advanced products and services to generate new revenue streams.
  • Maintain account information within the Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Independently manage contracts for smaller accounts.
  • Support the delivery of contracts for strategic accounts under supervision.
  • Safeguard customer loyalty through proactive engagement.
