The Sales Executive role is focused on generating new accounts through professional real estate agencies and/or construction companies. You will be expected to exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing the value of your portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Significant cold calling to a diverse range of potential clients to generate qualified leads.
  • Pitch our portal as a power selling platform to real estate agencies and/or construction companies and increase interest in its services.
  • Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product by following a consultative sales methodology.
  • Nurturing existing accounts assigned in your portfolio, via inbound requests and outbound cold calling, to better understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for us to solve them.
  • Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool).

You will thrive in this role if...

  • You are a seasoned sales professional, preferably within a SaaS or digital business, with a hunter mentality.
  • You are skilled at generating your own leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, and networking.
  • You have killer time management skills and are an advanced user of CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
