Business Developer Role Overview

You will be a results-focused influencer responsible for expanding our customer base as a Business Developer. Your primary responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying market opportunities and potential contacts.
  • Establishing connections through cold calls, emails, referrals, LinkedIn, and other tools.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the recruitment industry and headhunting best practices.
  • Presenting Pacifica Continental's services, understanding client needs, and building strong networks within relevant markets.
  • Fostering relationships with potential and current clients to increase business portfolio.
  • Developing commercial proposals aligned with Pacifica Continental's standards and client demands.
  • Providing sales reports to the CEO and stakeholders upon request.
Requirements
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Fluent Spanish skills.
  • Previous experience in recruitment (headhunting) is advantageous.
  • Strong Hunter profile with proven track records.
  • Performance-oriented, willing to work with financial targets.
  • Ability to self-organize and work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
