Job Description: Business Developer

You will be a key member of our commercial team, responsible for expanding our customer base. Your primary goal is to identify business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and present our services in line with their needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and explore new business opportunities in the market.
  2. Contact potential clients through various means, including cold calls and referrals.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of the recruitment industry and headhunting practices.
  4. Present Pacifica Continental's services tailored to each client's requirements.
  5. Nurture strong networking within our relevant markets.
  6. Follow up with both current and potential clients to expand our business portfolio.
  7. Create compelling commercial proposals aligning with our standards and client demands.
  8. Provide regular sales reports to the CEO and other stakeholders upon request.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Advanced English.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Previous experience in the recruitment sector (headhunting) is beneficial.
  • Proven track record as a strong Hunter with excellent performance orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with autonomy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
