LIFULL Connect is a global marketplace group that operates over 250 vertical search sites across various sectors in 63 countries and 24 languages. Our network of 22 property portals in South-East Asia and Latin America helps people find their next home. We are an innovative and creative team looking for a sales-driven professional to join our Resem Colombia team in Bogota.
We are seeking a motivated sales hunter who can generate new accounts through professional real estate agencies and/or construction companies. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving predetermined goals of customer acquisition and generated revenue. Key responsibilities include:
- Cold calling to a diverse range of potential clients to generate qualified leads.
- Exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing the value of your portfolio.
- Pitching our portal as a power selling platform to real estate agencies and/or construction companies.
- Demonstrating the value and benefits of our product by following a consultative sales methodology.
- Nurturing existing accounts assigned in your portfolio.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality, skilled at generating their own leads, and an advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Fluency in Spanish and professional-level English are required.
