Global Sales Professional for Real Estate Portals

We are on the hunt for a driven sales professional to join our Resem Colombia team in Bogota. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new accounts through professional real estate agencies and/or construction companies by leveraging cold calling, prospecting, and networking techniques.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve predetermined targets.
- Pitch our portal as a premium selling platform to real estate agencies and/or construction companies, increasing interest in its services.
- Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product using a consultative sales approach.
- Nurture existing accounts assigned to your portfolio, identifying opportunities to solve their business challenges.
- Track all opportunities and customer details using HubSpot (our CRM tool).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales professional, preferably in a SaaS or digital business with a hunter mentality.
- Skilled at generating leads through cold calling, research, and networking.
- Advanced time management skills, organizing activities to create results.
- Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
- Able to work under pressure with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Native Spanish speaker with English proficiency.
