Technical Support Specialist

At NielsenIQ, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Application Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers and prospects via a support ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying effective solutions to resolve customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the technical onboarding of new customers, including user setup, configuration, and training.
- Document knowledge and share expertise with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and functionality, ensuring the highest level of technical expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in technical support or implementation roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficiency in SQL and strong English and Spanish language skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work outside regular business hours, as needed.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Linux systems, utilities, and scripting.
- Experience supporting analytic products in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Understanding of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
- Business acumen, particularly in the Retail domain.
