Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our global support team, you will provide technical assistance to our customers and prospects, ensuring seamless support experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert-level technical support to customers via a support ticketing system, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  2. Research, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed.
  3. Support the onboarding of new customers, including users' set-ups and configurations.
  4. Document knowledge and share expertise with colleagues to enhance team performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and latest features, ensuring exceptional support quality.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Linux systems.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, experience in technical support or software product implementations, knowledge of ETL processes, and business orientation in the Retailer domain would be valuable assets.
