Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our innovative NIQ Activate product
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective customer onboarding
- Document knowledge and educate colleagues on technical cases
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and latest features and functionality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good level of written and spoken English and Spanish
- Strong SQL background
