Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and prospects, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers and prospects via a support ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers, including users' set-ups and configurations.
  • Monitor and validate data automated processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document knowledge and educate colleagues on technical cases to improve overall team performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and latest features and functionality to provide expert support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work outside of business hours from time to time.
  • Team spirit, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in technical support or software product implementations.
  • Knowledge of Linux systems, utilities, and scripting.
  • Experience with supporting an analytic product in a SAAS environment.
  • Development skills.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes.
