**Job Opportunity**: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Join our growing team as a Business Development Representative at Sosa BPO, We're seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to generate leads and drive business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and interest in potential clients. Conduct outbound and cold calls to engage with potential clients.
- Utilize your U.S. company experience to communicate effectively and build relationships with decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings and present tailored solutions to close deals.
- Adapt to existing sales processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in lead generation and business development in relevant industries.
- Strong phone skills and success in making outbound and cold calls.
- Experience communicating with U.S. companies and familiarity with their business practices.
- Demonstrated ability to schedule meetings and close deals.
- Adaptability to existing sales processes and strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience in phone sales is a plus.
**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term contract
