About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at DSM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of winning flavors solutions for our clients to defend existing business and drive further business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities, decision factors, and success criteria and execute action plans accordingly.
  • Leverage proactive projects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Bring market insights and connect with our strategy to generate innovation and different business models.
  • Develop strong and trusting customer relationships with different areas, including marketing and senior leadership.
  • Build and manage sales budgets, monitor sales, and profitability versus objectives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, economics, marketing, food engineering, or chemical engineering.
  • Sales experience in the B2B food market.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining clients in Central America and the Caribbean.
  • Advanced English language skills.
