Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Link Worldwide. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Sales and Profit Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
  4. Business Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive business growth.
  5. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate customer records, submit regular sales reports, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
