About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Services Account Manager to join our team at Corporación F&M. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the cloud services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and consultative selling principles.
  • Fluency in Spanish and conversational English.
