About the Role
This is a dynamic position that requires ownership of MS qualification, sales strategy, and business development. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong focus on effective communication, results orientation, and customer centricity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute MS qualification, sales strategy, and business development plans.
- Lead pursuit teams and negotiate with clients to secure contracts.
- Define and present compelling business cases and value propositions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify leads and develop account business plans.
- Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Maintain open communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of work experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
