Clevertap is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for providing complete support to our customers on value realization, solution engineering, and product adoption with their systems.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in customer success management or account management, preferably with a background in marketing, agency, or consulting. They should have a strong technical aptitude and be able to confidently project manage a technical project with many moving pieces.
The measures of success for this role include NPS, retention rate, product adoption - breadth and depth. The successful candidate will report to the Director - Customer Success.
