Zensar, a leading global technology services company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Manager to lead its customer service team in Bogota, Colombia. This full-time position offers an excellent salary and benefits package, with opportunities for growth and development. The ideal candidate will have advanced English language skills and excellent communication abilities (verbal and written).
As a Senior Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers and resolving Cisco adoption barrier cases related to Service Programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Navigating through adoption barriers pertaining to the Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) Portal, Cisco Service Access Management (CSAM) Tool, and Cisco Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC).
• Installing, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting these tools, as well as their technical components.
• Strategizing ways to assist customers to increase the utilization, consumption, and adoption of their SNTC Portal.
• Identifying opportunities to expand and renew Cisco Services offerings.
• Supporting the technical onboarding of customers.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service and leadership roles, with a strong background in Cisco technologies. A university graduate with proficient English skills is also preferred. The ability to work onsite in Bogota, Colombia for 5 days per week is mandatory.
