Lhr Global is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to spearhead transaction development and procurement processes.

Salary

The estimated monthly base salary for this role is approximately $12,000 USD, with a monthly overbase of 25% and benefits supplement increasing to 30% after 12 years of service. A severance package is also provided, with two weeks' pay for each year of service, increasing to four weeks' pay after six years.

Job Description

This senior-level position involves managing multidisciplinary teams in complex transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in business development and be proficient in oral and written English. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing transaction development/procurement process
  • Determining scope and objectives of the transaction
  • Coordinating internal subject matter experts
  • Leading multi-workstream evaluation and review of proposals
  • Preparing transaction approval documents

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing companies, performing industry sector analysis, and understanding company guidelines. They will also formulate economic/financial models and lead the development of business offerings packages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 years of experience in business development
  • Proficient in oral and written English
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, accounting, engineering, or an equivalent field
  • Advanced professional competence
Benefits

Lhr Global offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Monthly Base Salary - $12,000 USD
  • Monthly Overbase - 25% of monthly base salary
  • Benefits Supplement - 20% of monthly base salary, increasing to 25% after six years and 30% after 12 years of service
  • Severance Package - 2 weeks' pay for each year of service, increasing to 4 weeks' pay after six years
  • Employment Tax Exemption - exemption from 'home country' income taxes
  • Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) - maximum purchase equal to 10% monthly base pay with a cap, 20% share discount
  • Incentive Plan - annual, based on performance, approximately 1.8 times monthly base salary
  • Travel Allowance - annual, approximately $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old
  • Vacation & Paid Holidays - 38 vacation days / 4 travel days / 11-13 paid holidays
  • Medical/Dental Plan - complimentary in-Kingdom Johns Hopkins medical care/facilities for employee and eligible family members
  • Educational Assistance Plan (EAP) - Out of Kingdom Assistance: 90% of expenses with a maximum per child, lesser of 5x monthly base salary or the company max ($48,500), plus 3 round-trip economy air travel tickets
  • Settling in Allowance - one-time payment; Family Status - 100% of monthly base salary; Single/Bachelor Status - 60% of monthly base salary
