About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Sales Executive to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Cloud Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue and market share in a defined account list or industry vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined account list or industry vertical.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  • Accelerate customer adoption by engaging with C-level and different stakeholders.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with technology platform sales with an understanding of government IT, data centers, cloud services, and cloud adoption

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS
- Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent
