Job Title: Sales Executive - Brazil Market

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Brazil. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Kaplan International Languages products to customers in Brazil, building strong relationships with our partners, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Kaplan International Languages products to customers in Brazil, including Alpadia, through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners in Brazil, including agency accounts, to ensure their needs are met and our products are promoted effectively.
  • Manage the Brazil leads pipeline to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share in Brazil.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers in Brazil, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns in Brazil to promote our products and services.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our business in Brazil by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Portuguese and second language fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Experience selling in both Portuguese and English in a tele-sales role.
  • Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
