Enterprise Sales Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team at LatamCent. As a key member of our sales development department, you will play a crucial role in driving client success by managing and optimizing outreach efforts.
Responsibilities- Develop leads through strategic engagement with prospective buyers via cold call, email, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
- Identify and address the needs of prospective buyers.
- Nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and our clients.
- Accountable for meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within our CRM application.
- Participate in discovery meetings.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies.
- At least 2 years of experience in high-velocity sales environments as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
- C1+ English Level.
- Proficient in English within a business environment.
- Successful experience working for a U.S.-based Tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
- Familiarity with CRM and SEP software.
- Proficient with MS Outlook/G Suite.
- $34K annual salary, with a performance-driven bonus plan targeting $5,600 - $7,000 monthly base salary.
