About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team at LatamCent. As a key member of our sales development department, you will play a crucial role in driving client success by managing and optimizing outreach efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop leads through strategic engagement with prospective buyers via cold call, email, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
  • Identify and address the needs of prospective buyers.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and our clients.
  • Accountable for meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within our CRM application.
  • Participate in discovery meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in high-velocity sales environments as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • C1+ English Level.
  • Proficient in English within a business environment.
  • Successful experience working for a U.S.-based Tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
  • Familiarity with CRM and SEP software.
  • Proficient with MS Outlook/G Suite.
