Located in remote areas within EST time zones, our ideal candidate will be working as a full-time Enterprise Business Development Associate. The estimated salary for this position is up to **$2500 USD**.

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced individual to collaborate with our marketing team to create successful sales and marketing strategies. As an Enterprise Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting phone and email sales outreach to prospective customers
  • Researching and acquiring customer contact information to build relationships
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to craft marketing offerings and strategies for phone and email outreach
  • Utilizing CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and facilitate product delivery
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of sales and product delivery
  • Providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the building materials industry is a plus

**Nice-to-Haves**

A strong understanding of crafting marketing materials and familiarity with the building materials industry would be beneficial.
