**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced individual to collaborate with our marketing team to create successful sales and marketing strategies. As an Enterprise Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting phone and email sales outreach to prospective customers
- Researching and acquiring customer contact information to build relationships
- Collaborating with the marketing team to craft marketing offerings and strategies for phone and email outreach
- Utilizing CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and facilitate product delivery
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of sales and product delivery
- Providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the building materials industry is a plus
**Nice-to-Haves**
A strong understanding of crafting marketing materials and familiarity with the building materials industry would be beneficial.
