Job Title: Global Enterprise Business Development Manager

We are looking for a talented and motivated Global Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our sales team and play a key role in expanding our enterprise segment. This role will focus on engaging prospects with over 500 employees, guiding them through a strategic sales process, and closing revenue from a mix of inbound and outbound leads qualified by our SDR team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $4000 - $12000 USD per month, along with generous PTO, 401K with match, and comprehensive medical benefits. As a founding member of our team, you will be integral to our growth, gaining the autonomy to develop and execute strategies for high-value accounts and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with mid-market and enterprise clients, managing the full sales cycle from initial interest through activation, with a monthly revenue forecast in HubSpot.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the platform and its competitive positioning, and convey this value to prospects.
  • Strategize and prioritize high-potential accounts in collaboration with the SDR team.
  • Conduct short-deck presentations and customized product demos tailored to client needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and contribute to the revenue growth.
  • Work with Onboarding, Success, Product, and Service teams to provide holistic support to new clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in enterprise-level account management.
  • Demonstrated success in a top 10% sales position, with expertise in outbound acquisition.
  • Experience selling B2B platforms or solutions to HR departments or similar buyer profiles.
  • Strong consultative sales approach, quick problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in dynamic situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
