The role of a Senior Sales Development Representative at Growth Era involves managing outreach efforts to identify new business opportunities. As a key player in our clients' success, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections to schedule qualified meetings.
  • Building long-term relationships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Scheduling meetings between prospects and our clients.
Responsibilities
You will also be accountable for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results, maintaining accurate notes within the CRM application, and participating in coaching and development meetings.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR or BDR. You should have excellent proficiency in English and strong skills in CRM and SEP software. Proficiency in MS Outlook or G Suite is also required.
