Job Overview
This role is responsible for preparing daily call schedules using Slack and other software tools, managing and organizing client information in Zoho CRM and other databases, conducting end-of-day coding and information processing, executing follow-up communications with potential clients, nurturing leads through various stages of the sales pipeline, assisting in rebooking existing clients and securing first-time bookings, managing executive's schedule to maximize meeting time, handling administrative tasks to support sales operations, and organizing and maintaining efficient systems for data management and retrieval.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Zoho, experience with productivity tools such as Slack, Zoom, and general office software, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, and sales or customer service experience preferred. You should also be comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and executives.
