- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with media agencies as partners or customers, or relevant roles within media agencies.
- Knowledge of the Peruvian media industry and key players within the market.
- Data-driven mentality, comfortable working with data analysis tools.
- Passion for TikTok marketing and a willingness to build something from the bottom up.
- Proven performance in winning the support of key stakeholders in the tech/media industry.
