About the Role

TikTok is seeking a highly skilled Agency Partnerships Manager to join our team in the Peruvian Market. As a key member of our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional sales and operational customer service to our agency partners.
  • Educate agencies on TikTok products and best practices to enhance their advertising capabilities.
  • Develop and execute strategic media solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
  • Onboard new agencies and their customers to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising.
  • Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English with strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with media agencies as partners or customers, or relevant roles within media agencies.
  • Knowledge of the Peruvian media industry and key players within the market.
  • Data-driven mentality, comfortable working with data analysis tools.
  • Passion for TikTok marketing and a willingness to build something from the bottom up.
  • Proven performance in winning the support of key stakeholders in the tech/media industry.
