About the Role

TikTok is seeking a highly skilled Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities to drive revenue growth for TikTok.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to strengthen or open new business opportunities across the territory.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to offer tailored media solutions to clients, creating compelling sales propositions and persuasive sales presentations.
  • Design innovative strategies aligned with client business goals, leveraging market trends and case studies to drive results.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage an accurate forecast to identify needs and opportunities in the market, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience working with executive-level customers and driving new business opportunities.
  • Strategic and operational knowledge of in-region clients and experience dealing with executive stakeholders across Social, Video, Mobile, Digital, and Marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist with experience in public speaking and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms ecosystems, lower funnel objectives, and self-serve platforms.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.
