Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $1200-1800 per month in Philippines, $1600-2800 per month in LatAm, and $1800-2800 per month in South Africa. We offer a competitive, performance-based salary, opportunities for professional growth, and flexible work arrangements.

Job Description

The Top Sales Executive will be responsible for designing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence. Key duties include:

  • Building lasting relationships with craft beverage makers to deliver exceptional personalized service.
  • Identifying and securing new opportunities to grow our customer base within the B2B packaging sector.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales team to drive consistent results and foster collaboration.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizing Salesforce to manage pipelines, track performance metrics, and optimize sales operations.
Qualifications

To succeed as a Top Sales Executive, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a sales role.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and other relevant sales tools encouraged, not required.
  • Proven sales track record, preferably in B2B packaging or the craft beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficient in developing and executing sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.
