SaaS Renewal Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a SaaS Renewals Manager at LatamCent.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for helping customers buy and renew software for our fast-growing company.
- You will work directly with customer stakeholders to understand their purchase objectives.
- Regularly update customers on upcoming renewals and provide suggestions for contract improvements.
- Work with our Customer Success team to increase engagement with customers.
- Collaborate with our Product Team to help improve and evolve our product.
- Proactively audit customers' software stacks to identify redundancies and optimize their spend.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- C2 Level English proficiency.
- A proven track record of successfully selling or renewing software.
- 4-6 years of SaaS sales experience at a high-growth SaaS, B2B, or B2C product company.
- A consultative mindset when approaching customer interactions.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): self-aware, empathetic, and sensitive when dealing with others.
- A passion for emerging technology and enthusiasm for working with our customers to solve problems.
- An analytical approach to diagnose contract details and make quick calculations to identify future cost implications.
