Job Title: Lead Generation Expert (Part-Time)

Job Summary:

LatamCent is a leading provider of top-notch recruiting and staffing services for fast-growing B2B SaaS companies. We specialize in delivering highly-skilled talent to empower businesses with the right teams for success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) for various B2B SaaS clients.

• Create and execute cold outbound strategies and messaging, improving engagement and conversion.

• Utilize lead generation platforms such as Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot to identify and track potential leads.

• Coordinate with sales and recruitment teams to align messaging and ensure lead quality.

• Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize outreach efforts.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, specifically for B2B SaaS companies.

• Strong working knowledge of Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.

• C1+ level English proficiency (both written and spoken).

• Proven success in developing ICPs and cold outreach messaging.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What We Offer:

• Hourly rate: $9 - $12 per hour

• Schedule: Part-time, 2 hours per day, flexible within EST time zone.

• Remote working environment with opportunities to expand responsibilities over time.
