Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Growth Manager to join our team at LatamCent. As a key member of our success strategy, you will be responsible for driving customer outcomes and ensuring maximum value from the SpendHound platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will be the main point of contact for your clients, guiding them through the platform and ensuring they are actively using it, updating critical data, and adopting key features.
  • Proactively address client issues and roadblocks, helping them overcome challenges in using the platform.
  • Ensure that clients update their App Catalog with crucial details, including assigning app owners, tagging vendors, and maintaining accurate renewal dates.


Key Qualifications:
  • You must be proactive in addressing client needs, actively addressing stakeholder changes, offering guidance on platform usage, and keeping a close eye on risks and opportunities.
  • You must be comfortable driving client outcomes, regularly interacting with stakeholders, and providing actionable advice.
  • You must enjoy collaborating with large, cross-functional teams, including product development, data engineering, and renewal experts.
  • You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting deadlines to ensure clients are progressing towards their goals.
  • You must be extremely organized, managing multiple client relationships simultaneously, and ensuring each client receives the attention and support they need to succeed.


What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $36,000 - $42,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
