As a Product Marketing Leader at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc, you will oversee the management of our product marketing team and initiatives that drive our product strategy forward. Your key responsibilities include aligning our product strategy with sales and marketing tactics to achieve successful outcomes.

You possess in-depth knowledge of our competitors and understand how our buyers make purchasing decisions. Leveraging this insight, you will develop positioning, messaging, and marketing programs that resonate with our target audience and empower our sales channels to succeed.

Sales enablement is a crucial aspect of this role, ensuring that our sales team has the necessary knowledge, tools, and content to effectively sell our products. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and assist them in navigating product complexities during the sales process.

In addition, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with your peers and orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position Product Marketing as a strategic area that works in tandem with other Core Marketing areas, Regional teams, and Product teams to drive product adoption and usage.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the PMM team, ensuring each team member achieves professional growth and contributes to team success.
  • Oversee the creation of go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives, sales, and product teams across all markets.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales enablement content, such as product one-pagers, competitive analysis, use case guides, and customer stories, to empower the sales team to close deals more effectively.
  • Establish KPIs to track product marketing effectiveness, measuring campaign performance, product adoption, sales enablement impact, and revenue contribution.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback loops are integrated into product development, sales enablement, and marketing efforts.
  • Partner with sales and product teams from early on, from product discovery to launch to sunset.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in mid to enterprise-level B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading and coordinating initiatives across product and sales & marketing organizations.
  • Craft obsession and attention to detail regarding consistency, tone of voice, and look-and-feel of our brand.
  • Proficiency in written communication with an ear for 'voice' and an eye for grammar/spelling.
  • Metrics-driven and analytical, with a proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results.
  • Systemic thinking to provide simple solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to discuss our work, product, and industry in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Digital commerce experience is preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
