Job Description:

The MarTech Expansion Strategist at Wearecontactica will be responsible for driving the company's expansion in the global market. This role demands a unique blend of sales acumen, deep understanding of the marketing industry, and the ability to innovate and adapt to market changes.

The ideal candidate will possess a focused vision for business development in the MarTech and SaaS sectors, coupled with solid practical experience in leveraging artificial intelligence and emerging technologies within the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand Wearecontactica's presence in PR, USA, and Latin America.
  2. Foster and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives of current and potential clients.
  3. Lead the adoption of emerging technologies and AI solutions, guiding teams through digital transformations.
  4. Optimize sales and marketing processes to maximize client acquisition efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Utilize data-driven decision making, leveraging AI tools and KPIs to measure and improve performance.
  6. Oversee financial aspects of growth initiatives, including budget management and monitoring of key financial indicators.
  7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the MarTech and SaaS sectors.
  8. Enable and support leadership teams in achieving revenue objectives and fostering a culture of innovation.
  9. Prepare and present detailed reports on growth initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with relevant certifications in digital marketing and AI technologies.
  2. Proven track record in senior growth or sales roles, particularly in MarTech and SaaS industries.
  3. Solid experience with AI and emerging technologies, coupled with proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics.
  4. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management skills, with the ability to influence across departments.
  5. Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities, with a history of closing high-value B2B deals.
  6. Financial acumen, including experience in budget management and understanding of growth-related financial metrics.
  7. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
  8. Innovative mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
