About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Sales Development efforts in LATAM. As a key member of our Go-to-Market team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients, driving business growth, and fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to meet and exceed team targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and monitor performance goals for the SDR team.
- Analyze team metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensure the SDR team is effectively prospecting potential clients and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align SDR activities with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or related role, with 2+ years in a leadership or coordination position.
- Fluent in Spanish, with advanced conversational English (B2+).
- Proven experience managing a team, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, with a passion for developing talent.
