ADC is looking for one SAP HCM Specialist who will support the HR Apps team strategy in the region in order to define requirements, designs and develop solutions for the whole Human Resources Apps landscape, with a main focus on payroll activities.

What you will do:

  • Provide expertise and approvals during the development phase, test planning, and ensure solutions meet the overall design requirements for the HR application landscape
  • Provide technical support to regional and global initiatives and projects.
  • Work directly with the business to define requirements and propose solutions.
  • Oversee all HR configuration and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline with IT focus.
  • Configuration of SAP - Time Management and ESS\MSS, SAP Payroll and Benefits
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP HR integration with other modules.
  • Experience in ABAP development
