Role Overview: Vendor Acquisition Specialist

As a Vendor Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Vendor Recruitment: Proactively identify, engage, and recruit Lawn Pros and Pool Pros across the nation through various outreach methods including calls, emails, and texts.
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring trust and effectively communicating the advantages of our platform.
  • Sales Conversion: Employ effective sales techniques to transform leads into active vendors, consistently meeting or surpassing recruitment goals.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor movements to strategically enhance our recruitment strategies.
  • Documentation: Accurately record vendor interactions, maintain updated databases, and generate regular reports on recruitment status.
  • Vendor Support: Address inquiries and concerns from vendors promptly, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in vendor acquisition.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service roles.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively to achieve objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
