Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for key accounts, with a focus on the impulse channel and medium-high potential accounts.

Your primary objective will be to deliver sales, volume, and profitability targets for these accounts, while also building strong relationships with internal and external customers. You will work closely with the National Key Account Manager to execute and support the medium-term vision for the KA business, based on a thorough understanding of customers, trends, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the National Key Account Manager in implementing Red Bull's commercial strategy at key customers
  • Execute short- and mid-term customer strategies in line with the overall national sales policy, with a focus on medium-size accounts with high potential and the impulse channel
  • Implement national price strategies and establish customer pricing accordingly in medium-size accounts with high potential and the impulse channel
Requirements
  • University degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • Proven track record of 1-2 years of professional experience in Key Account execution and negotiation, ideally with FMCG or beverage background
  • Experience supporting Category Management is a plus
  • Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing/Consumer Marketing is a plus
  • Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships
  • Strategic ability, commercial acumen, analytical skills, negotiation experience, and presentation skills
  • Strong command of English
