Client Account Specialist

NeoWork is in search of a meticulous and organized Client Account Specialist to enhance our operations. In this role, you will assist the account management team in delivering outstanding customer service and nurturing robust client relationships.
At NeoWork, we are committed to providing innovative and tailored solutions for our clients. As a Client Account Specialist, your contributions will be crucial in facilitating client onboarding, overseeing client accounts, and ensuring seamless operations.
We seek an individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills, a strong customer-focused approach, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support client onboarding by collecting necessary client information and coordinating internal workflows
- Oversee client accounts, addressing inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to guarantee successful service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill client expectations and meet project timelines
- Prepare and maintain precise documentation and reports
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may occur
- Foster strong client relationships and provide ongoing assistance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account coordination or related fields
- At least 1 year of consistent cold calling experience
- Outstanding English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Capacity to handle a high volume of calls and text messages, alongside some administrative duties
