Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Vendor Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and building relationships with vendors nationwide. If you have a proven track record in sales, recruitment, or customer service, and are passionate about driving growth and partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Acquisition: Identify and recruit vendors through outbound calls, emails, and texts, leveraging your persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into active vendors.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering trust and effectively communicating the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Sales and Conversion: Meet or exceed monthly recruitment targets by utilizing your sales and negotiation skills to secure new vendors.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings and recruitment approach.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, update databases, and provide regular reports on recruitment progress.
  • Customer Service: Address vendor inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of vendor acquisition experience, preferably in the property management and home services industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills: Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service roles, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Education: Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) and a strong understanding of business development principles.
